Pam Knieper and the Knieper Team capture #1 rankings for eighth straight year!

The end of 2009 marks the 8th straight year that Pam Knieper, of Knieper Real Estate, has been the No. 1 Top Real Estate producer  in Hood County.  No small feat when you consider the growth of the Real Estate industry in Hood County in recent years.   According to the North Texas Real Estate Information System, Pam Knieper and the Knieper Team closed over 38 million in sales last year despite a definite slow down in both the National and local economy.  When asked to comment, Pam stated that she credits the team concept that Knieper Real Estate operates under as the number 1 reason for her continued success.  “While most offices house multiple independent agents all working on their individual goals, business plan and budget constraints, we (The Knieper Team) are one cohesive unit all working together toward the same end.  Having a team makes it possible for me to focus almost exclusively on listings and marketing while our Buyer’s agents are out there selling, the end result is our continued success.”

Knieper branded herself in 1998, when coming to Granbury  as “The Waterfront Expert”.  With this theme she has cornered the waterfront listings and waterfront buyers.  In 2009 the Knieper Team dominated waterfront home sales in Hood County, however, the team sells  all of Granbury including non-waterfront homes, lots and commercial.  “We do it all” Knieper commented.  “In fact we are now working toward listing and selling homes under $200K.   Last year 52% of homes sold in Hood County were under $200K.  I think this is largely due to the first time home buyer $8000 tax incentive.  We are constantly studying the market and the trends. “

Last year, The Knieper Team began publishing their own quarterly magazine, “Knieper’s Neighborhoods” and doing a large volume distribution.  The magazine shows Knieper listings but it also offers statistical information about each neighborhood .  For instance, how many houses sold and listed , the average sq ft price sold and listed, and average days on the market.  “The people are commenting that they love the information”, Knieper said.  “Our latest issue, our Winter edition, was just released with the 2009 year end stats and review. “
