Pam Knieper Team captures top Ranking in Hood County 2010!

The Pam Knieper Team at Knieper Realty in Granbury is once again, since 2002, the No. 1 top producer for Hood County in 2010, according to the North Texas Real Estate Information (NTREIS). Her team closed over $46 million in sales in 2010 in the Granbury market alone. The Team is also ranked number 19 out of the entire Northeast MLS board (which includes Dallas and Fort Worth) in total sales volume for 2010.

Knieper Realty, the top ranking office in Granbury known as “The Waterfront Experts”, sold 34% of all the waterfront properties in Hood County in 2010 and about 15% of the total market.
